• Sign up for recurring debit orders

By making a donation, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• The information supplied is accurate and complete
• You understand that donations support NSP’s sterilisation and community animal welfare initiatives

3. Recurring Debit Orders

If you sign up for a recurring debit order or monthly contribution:

• You authorise NSP or its authorised service provider to process monthly deductions
• You may cancel your debit order by contacting us at least 5 business days before the next debit date
• It is your responsibility to provide correct banking information

4. Refund Policy

All donations made to NSP are considered voluntary and are non-refundable.

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments
• Payments processed in error

If you believe an error occurred, please email funding@nsp.org.za with proof of payment.

5. Accuracy of Information
